Mr. Dapper Coffee Roaster’s founder was at the Miromar farmer’s market, where we tasted his dark roast “Power Suit” blend for the first time. I could not believe how pure, rich, smooth, dark, and impeccable this coffee tasted. We’ve been starbucks die hards for decades, never finding anything we liked as much as the Starbuck’s French roast. But THIS is incredible. I cannot believe how yummy it is. If you are a fan of rich flavor without the bitterness, this is your coffee. I like Sumatran because it is naturally less acidic than other types of single origin coffees but if the beans aren't good it is easy to get a "burnt" taste. Not only did it not taste burnt, but the smoothness of the flavor actually enhances the bolder earthy qualities of the coffee. Glad I subscribed.
