We understand that coffee preferences can be subjective, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not delighted with your coffee, we offer the following return policy:

Exchange Policy:

  • Eligibility: If you find that the coffee you ordered does not meet your taste expectations, you may request an exchange for a different product.
  • Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@mrdappercoffee.com with your order details and the reason for the exchange.
  • Conditions: The coffee must be returned in its original packaging, and at least 75% of the product should remain unused.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns for refunds. Exchanges are offered as an alternative to ensure your satisfaction.
