If you are a fan of rich flavor without the bitterness, this is your coffee. I like Sumatran because it is naturally less acidic than other types of single origin coffees but if the beans aren't good it is easy to get a "burnt" taste. Not only did it not taste burnt, but the smoothness of the flavor actually enhances the bolder earthy qualities of the coffee. Glad I subscribed.
